ADIPEC 2021: successful participation at the exhibition
After a year of forced pause caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, our company participated at the ADIPEC 2021 exhibition, which took place from 15th to 18th November in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
This exhibition is one of the most prestigious oil and gas exhibitions in the world, and probably the most important in the Middle East region.
The ARMATURY Group stand was part of the exhibition of our local partner, Al Ghaith. The entire exhibition and the parallel conference were accompanied by strict anti-epidemic measures, only vaccinated visitors and exhibitors had access to the exhibition area, who also besides the vaccination had to prove their infectiousness by a negative PCR test not older than 96 hours. Despite these measures, attendance at the exhibition was very high, and it was clear that this was the first occasion of this kind after a long time.
An engaging stand and endless debates
Our stand attracted a lot of attention during the whole duration of the exhibition, the stand staff was in permanent contact with visitors who were interested in our products. Visitors to the stand were mainly managers of various companies from the Persian Gulf, Central Asia, the Far East, Europe and Africa, who were looking for potential suppliers of products for upcoming investment events and for the possibility of regular distribution.
Another part of the visitors were existing customers or material suppliers. For them and for us, the exhibition was an opportunity to discuss the current mutual business relations and prospects for the future. An interesting part of the visitors were young technicians from local companies who were at the exhibition to gain experience, so we often encountered questions like "What is this product?" and "What is it for and how does it work?"
The ARMATURY Group made many new contacts at ADIPEC, especially from the Middle East, which could represent interesting business opportunities in the future. This region is one of the most important areas for oil and gas production, and participation in projects already underway or in the pipeline could bring the company a considerable volume of orders. "We want to continue supplying valves, especially ball valves, to ADNOC Company, and we will also target other similar end users in the region," comments Stanislav Herudek, Sales Manager, on his participation in the exhibition.
ARMATURY Group's presentation at such an event also means a certain prestige of the company as a leading manufacturer of valves, therefore the company plans to participate in the next edition of this exhibition.
