ARMATURY Group is going to provide valves to Poland
The ARMATURY Group has received orders of ball valves for Gaz-system in the total amount of 120 millions.
This important Czech valve manufacturer managed to win the tender with a competition of 5 other companies. All the received orders are going to be realized within this year.
The subject of the order is ball and gate valves where the significant share is consisted of ball valves with a big internal diameter. The deliveries of valves are going to be split to several stages.
“In March, we delivered 16 pieces of gate valves S43.3 DN 300 PN 100 to the Polish customer. These were the flanged gate valves above-ground design with counter-flanges and gearboxes. In April, we managed to deliver 8 pieces of ball valves DN 1000 PN 100. These were valves with below-ground design, butt-welded ends and operated by electrohydraulic gearboxes,” Karel Malcharek, the Head of Sales – Poland, describes and continues: “Regarding the customer’s requirement on an input check of material, chroming of balls and pressure acceptance of each valve, orders like this are very demanding. That is why we are pleased we can manage them.“
The main part of the contract, 56 ball valves DN 800 and 600, are being produced these days. The expedition is planned to the beginning of the holiday. The ARMATURY Group products will be mounted to the Polish piping of the Gaz-system company. Gaz-system ensures transport of gas propellants across whole Poland. They handle about 10000 km of pipelines, 14 compress stations and 884 gas stations. The ARMATURY Group company has already successfully cooperated with Gaz-system for 10 years.
