Under märket erbjuds ett brett sortiment av kulventiler och vridspjällventiler som är nödvändiga för driften av fjärrvärme- och kylsystem, från avstängningsventiler till reglerventiler och specialventiler som exempelvis anborrningsventiler och fördelningsventiler. Vexve erbjuder även smarta övervaknings- och styrningslösningar som är specialanpassade för att förbättra effektiviteten och tillförlitligheten hos underjordiska fjärrvärmenät.

Vexve produktportfölj för HVAC/R-systemen omfattar kulventiler och injusteringsventiler av stål och rostfritt stål med olika anslutningstyper, bland annat svetsade, gängade, flänsade och pressanslutna kopplingar.

    All Vexve valves are manufactured according to the Pressure Equipment Directive and EN standards, in compliance with the highest quality standards. Our highly automated production is PED and ISO 3834-2 certified.

  2. Superior product quality

    Vexve butterfly valves are designed to withstand loads in accordance with EN 488. Vexve was first to receive EN 488:2015/EHP003 certification for ball valves. All Vexve valves are EAC certified. In addition, we comply with all necessary international requirements and standards.

  3. Uncompromising quality assurance

    All Vexve valves have Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) H Module certification. PED-certified valves are tested with different media, pressures and temperatures, taking into account the customer's operating environment. PED also defines the requirements for welding and continuous quality control. Ball and butterfly valves are tested during production in accordance with the EN 12266-1 standard.

    Vexve valve parts are made of recyclable materials and our products are designed to last the lifespan of district energy networks, more than 30 years. All our locations in Finland have ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Our official resellers comply with the Vexve Code of Conduct.
